There is no place as cool in the country than in Baguio City, the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The city is built mostly above hills and mountains, therefore making its temperature really cool. Most Filipinos would associate the name "Baguio City" with the word "cold", because it actually is the coldest place in the Philippines. It is called "Summer Capital" because Filipinos usually go there for vacation during the summer months of March to May in the country.
