There is no place as cool in the country than in Baguio City, the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The city is built mostly above hills and mountains, therefore making its temperature really cool. Most Filipinos would associate the name "Baguio City" with the word "cold", because it actually is the coldest place in the Philippines. It is called "Summer Capital" because Filipinos usually go there for vacation during the summer months of March to May in the country.

In the Philippines, working hours in most government and private companies start at 8 AM and end at 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break from 12 noon to 1 PM. For those who do not know yet, the Philippines follows the GMT+8 time zone. Most of those offices are open from Monday to Friday.
